Hyaluronic acid (HA) is a straight-chain macromolecular mucopolysaccharide composed of repeated disaccharide units of glucuronic acid and N-acetylglucosamine. It is largely present in the extracellular space of human and animal tissues, vitreous body, umbilical cord, skin joints, synovial fluid, and rooster comb, etc. Commercial HA is

usually a sodium salt, called sodium hyaluronate, commonly referred to as hyaluronic acid. HA is a new biological product at home and abroad. Its molecular weight ranges from tens of thousands to several millions. Its aqueous solution has outstanding moisture retention capability, high viscoelasticity, and lubricity. It is widely used in cosmetics, pharmaceuticals, and health and beauty foods.

Method for preparing 1% hyaluronic acid stock solution:

Add 1 gram of hyaluronic acid (the whole bottle) to 99 grams of pure water (either distilled water or pure water, sold in supermarkets), let it sit for about 2 hours (and stir every 10 minutes) Until the gel is transparent, add an appropriate amount of antibacterial agent and mix well. If there are still flocculations, it's normal. After being left for 12-24 hours, it will be transparent and have a small amount of foam. This is a hyaluronic acid stock solution, also called 1% hyaluronic acid aqueous stock solution.

Production and Use Method 2:

1. Add 1g of hyaluronic acid powder to 99ML of purified water or distilled water until completely dissolved (this process usually takes 12 to 24 hours) to obtain 100g of a 1% hyaluronic acid aqueous solution. This solution is not recommended for direct use. It can be diluted 5 to 10 times with water or pure hydrosol.

2. In addition to its moisturizing effect, hyaluronic acid is also a good carrier. It can be combined with various plant extracts and water-soluble ingredients. It is also dissolved in a solution before being used in the same formula. Make a variety of essences and masks.

Hyaluronic Acid (Hyaluronic Acid) Moisturizing Essence Production Method 3:

80 ml of pure hydrosol + 20 ml of hyaluronic acid solution + 5 drops of antibacterial agent is the hyaluronic acid moisturizing essence.

Store in a cool dry place. Restart.

Storage of Hyaluronic Acid Solution:

You can store 1% hyaluronic acid solution in the refrigerator and use it as needed.

If prepared and stored correctly, HA solution should keep for at least 48 to 72 hours when replenished!

You should not attempt to store HA solution at room temperature without adding a preservative.

The longest safe period you can keep HA solution refrigerated without deterioration depends on your ability to maintain a sterile solution! Bacterial contamination of the solution can cause the solution to deteriorate and lose its thickness (viscosity).

If the solution becomes thinner or loses its thickness and viscosity over time, it will be spoiled and must be discarded!
